Nepal Hills and Wildlife Tour

This fourteen-days Hills and Wildlife Tour in Nepal is an intensive tour of Nepal, which offers an insight into its rich ancient cultures and ethnic diversity. Explore the different areas and combine it with the simple pleasures of hiking through scenic countryside and the thrills of viewing the mighty Himalayan peaks from dose quarters. There are many country trails of which several of them are old trade routes or pilgrimage paths which lead through terraced hillsides, forested ridges, river banks, paddy fields; connecting picturesque hamlets and mountain villages. The most rewarding way to see Nepal and her people, their culture and rich heritage by walking or hiking like the traders or pilgrims. Outside the Kathmandu valley accommodation will be in small but comfortable country style hotels/lodges.

Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft).

Day 02: Full day Patan city, Pashupatinath temple and Bodhnath stupa.

Day 03: Private transfer to Bandipur and The Old Inn.

Day 04: Drive Bandipur to Pokhara.

Day 05: Drive to Nayapul (1,010m), 1 hours and Trek to Tikhedhunga (1,570m) 3 hours.

Day 06: Trek to Ghorepani (2,840m), 5 hours.

Day 07: Hike to Poon Hill and trek to Tadapani, 6 hours.

Day 08: Trek to Ghandruk (1,940m), Duration: 3-4 hours.

Day 09: Trek to Nayapul (1,010m), Duration: 5-6 hours hike and drive to Pokhara.

Day 10: Pokhara Sightseeing Tour.

Day 11: Drive Pokhara to Chitwan.

Day 12: Jungle Safari in Chitwan.

Day 13: Drive Chitwan to Kathmandu.

Day 14: Final departure.
